If youre driven by innovation, excited by cutting-edge technology, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.</p><p><br /></p><p>What youll do:</p><ul><li>Develop and manage production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and capacity constraints</li><li>Plan and procure raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies to support the production schedule</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock and minimize obsolescence</li><li>Inventory cycle counting and reconciliation</li><li>Collaborate with engineering, sales, and production teams to ensure alignment of production plans with business objectives</li><li>Analyze production data and identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains</li><li>Prepare and maintain reports on production performance, material availability, and inventory status</li><li>Participate in cross-functional teams to resolve production and material-related issues</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards</li><li>This role is an individual contributor reporting to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><p>What were looking for:</p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production planning, material planning, or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Proven experience with ERP/MRP systems - Epicor experience is a plus</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li><li>Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Bonus points if you have:</p><ul><li>Experience in the robotics or automation industry</li><li>APICS CPIM or CSCP certification</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Why you&#39;ll love working here:</p><ul><li>Work with innovative robotics technology thats shaping the future of autonomous cleaning</li><li>Grow alongside a fast-expanding company with exciting career development opportunities</li><li>Collaborate with a global team and be part of a dynamic, diverse, and inclusive workforce</li><li>Access comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and wellness coverage</li><li>Thrive in a collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions truly matter</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>About Avidbots:</p><p>Avidbots is a leader in autonomous cleaning solutions, transforming the way commercial and industrial spaces maintain cleanliness.
