You will play a crucial role in maintaining productivity while fostering a safe and organized work environment.</p><p><strong>What you&#39;re responsible for: </strong></p><ul><li>Organizing and coordinating daily yard activities to ensure efficiency</li><li>Assigning tasks to yard employees and monitoring workflow to meet daily operational goals</li><li>Providing hands on support and guidance to team members</li><li>Ensuring materials are sorted, processed and handled properly</li><li>Motivating and encouraging employees to maintain productivity</li><li>Communicating expectations and ensuring tasks are carried out accordingly</li><li>Ensuring compliance with company policies and identifying opportunities for improvement</li></ul>Qualifications<br><br><p><strong>To join our team:</strong></p><ul><li>You have a minimum 2 years experience as a Supervisor</li><li>You have previous experience in a recycling, industrial, construction or manufacturing environment</li><li>You have previous experience with heavy equipment (forklift, loader, etc) is an asset</li><li>You have strong leadership and problem solving skills, and the ability to make quick decisions </li><li>You have hands-on experience with yard equipment, material handing, or heavy machinery</li><li>You are comfortable working in a physically demanding and fact-paced environment</li><li>You are comfortable working outdoors with exposure to various weather conditions</li></ul><br><br>Additional Information<br><br><p>#corpont</p></p></p>
