<p><strong>Videography Manager</strong></p><p>Honorarium Position</p><p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>The Videography Director oversees all ASUS video content, ensuring projects align with ASUS Visual Identity Standards and are completed on time. They manage a team of videographers, delegate tasks, and communicate with various ASUS groups to identify videography opportunities. The Director also maintains an organized video archive and fulfills requests for video content as needed.</p><p><strong>Application Deadline</strong></p><p>Positions will remain open until enough candidates have applied. Once this happens, all applicants will be notified.</p><p><strong>Time Commitment and Remuneration</strong></p><p><strong>Term</strong>: May 1st, 2025 – April 30th, 2026</p><p><strong>Hours</strong>: 4-6 hours per week</p><p><strong>Honorarium</strong>: Awarded based on the Honorarium Grid in the Human Resources Policy (<a href="#">Click here</a>)</p><p>Please see <em>Part 3: Hiring</em> in the HR Policy Manual for in-depth eligibility criteria for the position pertaining to academic standing, work-study positions, exchange status, etc.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br></p><ul><li>Hire, manage, and delegate tasks to videographers with oversight from the Creative Deputy and Marketing & Communications Officer.</li><li>Oversee the completion of video projects, ensuring adherence to ASUS Visual Identity Standards.</li><li>Maintain an organized video archive and contribute general video content regularly.</li><li>Communicate with ASUS groups to identify and fulfill videography needs.</li><li>Hold 4-6 office hours per week, evenly distributed.</li><li>Manage camera sign-out privileges in coordination with the Marketing Officer and Photo Manager.</li></ul><p>If there are any questions, concerns, or personal accommodations required during the application process, please contact the incoming ASUS Marketing and Communications Officer, Ellie Sheppard, at newmarketing@ asus.queensu.ca, or Owen Miaskowski, the ASUS Human Resources Officer, at hro@ asus.queensu.ca.</p><p><strong>ASUS Office</strong></p><p>Phone: (613)-533-6000 x75441</p><p>Our hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.<br></p>
