<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, we are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Vice President of FP&A to join our team to drive financial excellence and support our aggressive growth agenda. This role is a critical position within Finance, responsible for leading all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and forecasting. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven history in high-growth B2B global technology companies and someone that can translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the development and management of the company\'s financial models, including long-term strategic plans, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts. Provide insightful variance analysis and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize financial performance.</li><li>Business Partnering & Financial Acumen: Function as a strategic business partner to department heads and leaders across the organization. You will work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and technology teams to deeply understand their key business drivers and operational metrics. Translate financial results into a clear and compelling narrative for non-finance stakeholders, helping them make data-driven decisions to achieve business objectives.</li><li>Financial Reporting & Collaboration: Partner closely with the Finance & Accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. You will provide critical analysis and commentary on financial performance, contributing to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Investor and Board Relations: Assist the CFO in preparing comprehensive financial reports, analyses, and strategic presentations for the Board of Directors and external stakeholders.</li><li>Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team. Foster a culture of analytical rigor, continuous improvement, and professional growth.</li><li>Operational Excellence: Drive improvements in financial systems, processes, and tools to enhance forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Transaction Support: Provide financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives, including potential M&A activities and capital allocation decisions.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><b>Technical experience:</b> 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 8 years within Financial Planning & Analysis.</li><li>Professional designation required: MBA, CPA, or CFA.</li><li>Experience in a technology-driven company and a strong understanding of SaaS, B2B, or e-commerce financial metrics.</li><li>Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.</li></ul><ul><li><b>Soft skills and interpersonal experience:</b> Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information to both financial and non-financial audiences, including the C-suite and department leaders.</li><li>A "hands-on" and proactive approach, with the ability to dig into details while also maintaining a strategic, big-picture perspective.</li><li>A clear understanding of the unique demands and expectations of a high-growth environment, including a fast-paced culture and frequent reporting to investors.</li><li>Proven experience in managing and developing a team of finance professionals.</li></ul><ul><li><b>Nice to Have:</b> Experience working in a high-growth private equity-backed company.</li><li>Experience with NetSuite, Sigma, and Power BI.</li></ul><h3>Perks</h3><ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Health, dental, and vision coverage.</li><li>Access to our employee benefits portal for exclusive discounts.</li><li>Monthly company-wide events, celebrations, and team activities.</li><li>Bravo reward points program for recognition and appreciation.</li><li>Convenient office location close to public transit.</li></ul><h3>How to Apply</h3><p>If this great opportunity looks rewarding to you, let’s connect.
