Job Description: Spray Booth Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Spray Booth Operator with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or auto body shop setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating spray booth equipment to apply coatings, paint, or finishes to various products and surfaces, ensuring quality, precision, and safety in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities: Spray Booth Operator
Operate spray booth equipment to apply paint, coatings, or finishes to products in accordance with job specifications.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, sanding, and priming as required.
Mix paint and coatings to achieve the desired color and consistency.
Monitor and adjust equipment settings for optimal performance.
Ensure the proper application of paint, including thickness and evenness, to meet quality standards.
Maintain spray booth, tools, and equipment by performing routine cleaning and maintenance.
Follow all safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Inspect finished products for defects and touch up or rework as needed.
Adhere to company standards for quality control and ensure all products meet specifications.


Qualifications: Spray Booth Operator
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a spray booth operator in a manufacturing, auto body shop, or similar environment.
Proficiency in mixing and applying paints, coatings, or finishes using spray booth equipment.
Knowledge of surface preparation techniques, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job orders.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of safety protocols and experience working with hazardous materials.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a spray booth environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with various types of coatings and finishes.
