This is a replacement role intended to strengthen maintenance coverage and operational reliability.</p><p>The position requires a self-sufficient technician capable of working independently, supporting apprentice development, and responding to both in-shop and limited road service needs.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities: </strong><strong>310T Truck & Coach Technician</strong></p><ul><li>Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs on company-owned trucks and trailers</li><li>Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues efficiently</li><li>Complete safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements</li><li>Address running repairs identified through equipment inspections</li><li>Support maintenance and repair of related equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and cranes when required</li><li>Maintain accurate service records and documentation</li><li>Manage parts usage and support inventory control</li><li>Provide technical guidance to operators and assist in training apprentices</li><li>Participate in occasional road service calls (service vehicle provided)</li><li>Rotate between multiple GTA facilities as needed</li></ul><p><strong>Fleet & Work Environment: </strong><strong>310T Truck & Coach Technician</strong></p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Fleet size of approximately 30 vehicles</li><li>Primarily heavy-duty vocational trucks</li><li>Majority of work performed in-shop with limited road service requirements</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications: </strong><strong>310T Truck & Coach Technician</strong></p><ul><li>Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician Licence (mandatory)</li><li>Minimum 2–3 years of post-licensing experience</li><li>Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision</li><li>Experience supporting apprentice development</li><li>Valid G Driver’s Licence with a clean driver’s abstract</li><li>Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities</li><li>Ability to perform physically demanding work in an industrial environment</li><li>Ownership of a basic personal tool set</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li></ul><p><strong>Ideal Candidate Profile: </strong><strong>310T Truck & Coach Technician</strong></p><ul><li>Reliable, accountable, and safety-focused</li><li>Comfortable stepping into a role with minimal ramp-up</li><li>Takes pride in quality workmanship and equipment uptime</li><li>Interested in long-term employment stability</li><li>Professional, team-oriented, and solutions-driven</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Apply to <span >crevibes@fuzehr.com</span> for Immediate consideration contact Cheryl at 416-992-0197</p><p><br /></p><p>#OPSK</p><p></p></p></p>
