Summary
We are looking for skilled residential siding installers and crew leaders.

THE ROLE
Work with a team of 2-4 people to preform all tasks associated with residential siding replacement
Removal of existing materials
Installation of house wrap and accesories
Installation of various siding types including vinyl, engineered wood, James Hardie and metal siding.
Foreman would lead siding team ( 2-4 person crew) and safely achieve objectives
Foreman would supervise employees to ensure schedules are maintained and projects proceed according to plans and job specifications
Participation in safety program and procedures

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
A star candidate would have:
- A Class 5 License
- Prior experience in the exteriors industry, in Winnipeg and surrounding area
- Be comfortable climbing ladders, working at heights, and in confined spaces
- Be in sound physical condition with the ability to lift/carry up to 80 pounds
- Foreman should have prior experience in a leadership position (preferably 2+ years) requiring regular customer communication
- Foreman should have an understanding of building systems

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
