Job Description

Trans Canada Safety is positioned as a growing leader in fire protection and distribution of health, safety, and fire equipment in Ontario. We are currently hiring a Service Coordinator for our fire protection services division located at our North Bay Branch.

Our North Bay Branch requires a positive, self-motivated and team-oriented Service Coordinator to support all aspects of the administration of our Service Department.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage technician(s) schedules and act as a liaison between customers and the company.

  • Schedule customer inspections/repairs/installations/service calls and answer customer questions.

  • Keep accurate written notes regarding requests from staff and customers for referencing.

  • Review and update inspection reports and provide accurate records to our customers.

  • Strive to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.

  • Responsible for billing and preparing quotations for customers deficiencies and proposals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks

  • General knowledge of quoting and ability of meeting deadlines

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, always positive and self-motivated

  • Exhibit strong and effective organizational skills

  • Works well in a team environment

  • Maintain professional but friendly and outgoing demeanor

  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask

-Coordination/scheduling experience is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
