Salary: $70,000 to $120,000 annually
Triumph Aluminum and sheet metal is a leader in architectural Metals , Metal roofing , and Cladding
Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage project contract, budget, and cost
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Direct role in customer relations and sales
- Project selection and strategy
- Coordinate material, and equipment
- Manage and monitor RFIs, change orders, and contract documents
- Ensure all specifications, details, and applicable building codes are met
- Develop and monitor quality control documents including shop drawings, submittals, and field reports
- Maintain and develop relationships with customers and consultants
- Visit sites and meet with G.C.'s / owners to coordinated start dates, site logistics, project readiness and schedule
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of experience working with exterior cladding or sheet metal, at a Project Manager level preferred
4-year degree from a recognized architectural, engineering program, construction management, preferred
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
Organizational and communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS office package
Compensation
- Salary Range:$70,000 $120,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
