About The Role
We’re scaling fast and need a Senior Product Manager who can own multiple product areas, drive impact with engineering, and direct stakeholders. You’ll be wearing multiple hats, and work with some of the most cutting-edge developments in the AI space.
What You’ll Do:
- Own end-to-end product strategy and execution for core parts of MAVI’s AI-driven talent marketplace (e.g., Talent Portal, AI Interviewer, matching & routing, internal ops tooling).
- Translate company goals into clear product vision, roadmaps, and execution plans.
- Partner closely with engineering and design to ship fast, iterate often, and maintain high quality.
- Set success metrics and drive iterative improvement.
- Deeply understand customer and Talent pain points through user research and working closely with internal stakeholders.
- Act as the point person between founders, engineering, ops, and GTM teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally at high-growth startups.
- Proven track record of owning and shipping complex products end-to-end.
- Strong product sense and highly analytical when you’re thinking through challenges.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- High energy, excited about driving impact and assuming ownership.
- Clear communicator, and natural leadership instinct.
