Under the guidance of the Director, the Senior HR Advisor will work closely with leadership and serves as a trusted advisor, handling a wide range of professional, technical, and analytical HR activities all while managing highly sensitive and confidential information with integrity. What you'll do:

Serve as the primary advisor for Snowbird Aviation Services and Rise Air's Technical Services Department, providing strategic guidance and support on all people-related matters.
Support performance management & succession planning
Facilitate training, engagement & recognition programs
Oversee leaves, accommodations & return-to-work processes
Advance indigenous recruitment strategies as directed by the company.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies
Support labour relations & collective bargaining
Provide HR analytics, reporting & policy development
Partner on health, safety & workplace investigations

What We're Looking For:

Degree in HR or related field combined with a minimum of 6 - 7 years of HR generalist experience
Unionized environment experience considered an asset including the handling of grievances.
CPHR designation & aviation experience considered an asset.
Strong leadership, analytical & communication skills
