Senior HRIS Analyst

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping how the client designs, delivers, and optimizes talent processes through technology. The role focuses on continuous improvement of talent digital tools and data, leading specific workstreams, and ensuring operational excellence across the firms talent systems. This blend of hands on technology delivery, data analysis, and process optimization is ideal for a problem solver who enjoys driving efficiency and delivering a seamless colleague experience.


Key responsibilities

Manage and enhance day-to-day operations across Workday and other talent systems, ensuring compliance, quality, and consistent processes.
Independently deliver assigned work configuration, testing, deployment, and data reconciliation accurately and on schedule.
Provide high-quality, timely responses to internal and external stakeholder inquiries.
Identify and implement opportunities for process, data, and system improvements through automation and centralization.
Partner with cross functional teams to align solutions.
Gather requirements, analyze and validate talent data, and develop reports/dashboards to monitor quality, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Contribute to testing and rollout of new system functionality, document outcomes, and support user adoption.
Translate business needs into system or process design specifications for enhancements and new features.
Maintain clear, up to date documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and operational continuity.


Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or college diploma in a related field (preferred).
Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
Hands-on experience with leading talent systems such as Workday, Qualtrics, etc.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and derive insights from data.
Excellent planning and organizational abilities, capable of juggling competing priorities.
Detail oriented problem-solving skills.
Curiosity and drive to leverage technology for improving talent program delivery and employee experience.
