JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join our Group IT vertical, supporting strategic initiatives within our organization. This role will focus on modernizing a legacy benefits management application into a modern, API-compliant solution built on C#/.NET. You will work closely with a team dedicated to delivering high-impact projects that align with our long-term technology roadmap. • Lead development efforts to modernize legacy applications into C#/.NET architecture. • Design and implement API-compliant solutions to ensure seamless integration across systems. • Perform hands-on coding and development with minimal supervision. • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers on best practices and coding standards. • Work with Microsoft SQL Server for database design, optimization, and integration. • Utilize Azure services for deployment, scalability, and cloud-based solutions. • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and performance standards throughout the development lifecycle. • 80% heads down development, 20% leadership and meeting participation
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 7+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on C#/.NET. • Strong expertise in API development and integration.
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, optimization).
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
• Solid understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently on complex tasks while collaborating effectively with the team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with microservices and containerization
