<p><h3>Overview</h3><ul><li>IT support technician – MSP</li><li>Up to £30k</li><li>Working from home with client visits</li><li>Devon</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Work from home (apart from client visits and initial onboarding)</li><li>Health care plan</li><li>Holiday increases with length of service</li><li>Team socials</li><li>Retail discounts</li><li>Subsidised Broadband</li></ul><p>I am working with an MSP in Devon who is looking for a skilled IT support technician with extensive first line, and some second line experience to join the team.</p><p>This role will require client site visits and as such you will need to be able to drive to be successful.</p><p>You will be providing day to day IT support for clients, remotely and on site when needed.</p><p>You will be answering and triaging calls, sticking to SLA, managing your time effectively, and escalating when necessary.</p><p>You will be providing customer updates and ensuring customer satisfaction as well as updating documentation as necessary.</p><p>You will work with third party vendors when necessary.</p><p>You will be involved with hardware builds.</p><h3>What they are looking for</h3><ul><li>Ideally experience in an MSP or supporting lots of external end users.</li><li>Drivers license</li><li>Microsoft 365 – Azure / Entra, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Office</li><li>Internet support – diagnostic, installation etc.</li><li>Hardware support – including printers, laptop</li><li>Various OS support – Windows, MacOS</li><li>Group Policy</li><li>DHCP, DNS</li></ul><h3>Desirable</h3><ul><li>Remote monitoring and Management tools - DATTO</li><li>Virtual Environments – Hyper-V, VMWare</li><li>Networking experience – modems, routers and switches.</li><li>Data Storage – RAID, NAS etc.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>This role requires right to work in the UK, and a valid UK drivers license as well as access to a vehicle.</li><li>Due to the nature of the role, you will need to complete a DBS check to be successful – once selected.</li></ul><p>This is an urgent role – if you are interested, then please apply quoting reference: LI102916</p></p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
