Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers to the showroom, providing a warm and inviting sales experience
- Engage with customers to understand their project requirements, design preferences, and budgetary needs
- Showcase and explain the features and benefits of our diverse countertop materials, including quartz, granite, and other surfaces
- Collaborate with customers to select the perfect countertop solution that meets their aesthetic and functional requirements
- Provide accurate pricing information, lead time estimates, and product availability details
- Assist customers with scheduling in-home measurements and coordinating installation appointments
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product catalog, pricing, and promotional offerings
- Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing to customers
- Support the sales team by performing administrative tasks, such as order processing and customer follow-ups
- Provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner
- Contribute to team effort and complete other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales or retail role, preferably in the home improvement or design industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address customer needs
- Proficiency in using sales software and computer applications
- Passion for home design, décor, and customer service
