Our client is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their collaborative real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful file work without heavy administrative tasks.
What You'll Do
- Handle residential real estate files (purchases, sales, refinances, transmissions).
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, agents, and team members.
- Keep files organized and moving efficiently.

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of conveyancing experience.
- Strong experience with BC Online, E-Filing, and E-Convey.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused.
