About the Role:

Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Manager will have a thorough and complete understanding of variable operations and will help develop and grow the Sales department. This is a demanding hands-on position that requires direct involvement in all aspects of the Sales department. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding natural leader, trainer and coach and will have a proven track record in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Maintain a superior customer satisfaction rating
  • Assist with vehicle inventory / ordering responsibilities
  • Have an enthusiastic and motivated attitude
  • Have the capacity to develop, manage, inspire and lead a strong sales team
  • Create and implement new marketing strategies for continued growth
  • Be well versed in CRM tools, PBS Systems, and be AMVIC licensed
  • Oversee desking, deal structuring, and profitability to maximize gross and F&I performance

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Sales Management experience with a proven track record of success
  • Minimum of 3 years of Ford or comparable domestic automotive experience
  • Previous Finance Manager experience considered a strong asset

Requirements:

  • A valid AB driver’s license and a current clean driver’s abstract
