<p><h3>Position Summary</h3>

<h3>What You'll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Provides excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assists customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.</li>
<li>Cover an assigned area(s) on the sales floor.</li>
<li>Zone assigned area.</li>
<li>Move feature merchandise to its modular home.</li>
<li>Work recovery merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other areas of the store.</li>
<li>Assist with Front End coverage.</li>
<li>Communicate with other associates to ensure floor coverage is maintained.</li>
<li>Contribute to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.</li>
<li>Stock merchandise/picks, downstocks (if applicable). Applies product protection when required. Sets and completes modulars, including flex modulars and sets new shelf caps.</li>
</ul>
<p>The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $16.15. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.</p>
