<p><b> All Seniors Care Living Centres </b> , a leader in Retirement Living is seeking a permanent full-time <b> Sales/ Lifestyle Director at </b> <b> Fox Hollow Retirement Residence </b> in beautiful <b> London, Ontario </b> . <p> Our marketing, communication and sales team is made up of driven, passionate and resourceful individuals who cultivate meaningful relationships. The end goal remains unchanged - making each prospective resident's experience with us nothing short of exceptional. </p><p> The Lifestyle Director role is an incredible opportunity for an enterprising and self-directed sales professional who brings a demonstrated track-record in sales, a drive for results, and who genuinely enjoys interacting with seniors. </p><p> The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: </p><ul><li> Consultative sales process to help seniors and their families make informed decisions when choosing a retirement residence </li><li> Drive occupancy levels and meet or exceed established sales targets </li><li> Manage telephone inquiries and convert to personal visit bookings </li><li> Conduct personal visits, follow up on leads, and close sales through lease signings </li><li> Track sales activity in the CRM database and analyze reports to identify sales trends specific to the community and residence </li><li> Drive referrals and traffic while building a qualified lead database within the target market </li><li> Develop, promote and implement marketing plans and events </li></ul><p> The ideal candidate will possess: </p><ul><li>5+ years experience in sales </li><li> The ability to successfully follow an established sales process, including prospecting and closing sales transactions </li><li> Strong interpersonal and communication skills </li><li> Ability to network, multi-task and promote services </li><li> Knowledge of the surrounding area and communities, valid provincial driver’s license and access to a vehicle </li><li> Previously worked in healthcare or retirement residency industry is an asset </li></ul><p> We offer sales bonus and incentives along with salary and benefits commensurate with the experience of the incumbent. </p><p> If interested, please submit your resume for review.
