Project Manager - ICI Construction

Location: Ontario
Salary: $120,000–$160,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and benefits
Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead complex ICI construction projects from inception to completion. If you have a proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams while delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including pre-construction, execution, and closeout phases.
• Develop detailed project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial goals.
• Lead and mentor project teams, including coordinators, superintendents, and support staff.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations, including quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in project management within the ICI construction sector.
• PMP, Gold Seal, or LEED certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Primavera, and other construction management tools.
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage multimillion-dollar budgets.
