Project Coordinator – High-Rise Residential
Toronto, ON | $60K–$75K Base + Benefits
A well-established developer-builder in Toronto's high-rise residential sector is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to support a major ground-up condominium project in the central Toronto area. This role offers strong exposure to full-cycle high-rise construction and the opportunity to grow under an experienced project team.
What You'll Be Doing
Support the Project Manager and Site Team with day-to-day coordination on an active high-rise project
Assist with RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and document management
Track schedules, materials, and site logistics to maintain smooth project flow
Coordinate with trades, consultants, and suppliers
Prepare meeting minutes, update project documentation, and support progress reports
Contribute to maintaining safety, quality, and compliance across the project
What You Bring
1–3 years of experience in construction; high-rise exposure is an asset
Diploma/degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to communicate professionally with trades, consultants, and internal teams
Experience with project software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office, etc.)
A proactive mindset and eagerness to grow within a fast-paced project environment
