Project Coordinator – High-Rise Residential

Toronto, ON | $60K–$75K Base + Benefits

A well-established developer-builder in Toronto's high-rise residential sector is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to support a major ground-up condominium project in the central Toronto area. This role offers strong exposure to full-cycle high-rise construction and the opportunity to grow under an experienced project team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the Project Manager and Site Team with day-to-day coordination on an active high-rise project

  • Assist with RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and document management

  • Track schedules, materials, and site logistics to maintain smooth project flow

  • Coordinate with trades, consultants, and suppliers

  • Prepare meeting minutes, update project documentation, and support progress reports

  • Contribute to maintaining safety, quality, and compliance across the project

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in construction; high-rise exposure is an asset

  • Diploma/degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate professionally with trades, consultants, and internal teams

  • Experience with project software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office, etc.)

  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to grow within a fast-paced project environment
