This is an extremely exciting opportunity to work within the Performance Group at Cossette Media. The Performance Group is made up of dedicated subject matter experts (SMEs) who develop and manage world class strategies in Paid Search (SEM), Paid Social and emerging platforms. Partnering closely and working collaboratively with our Media Planning teams, the Performance Group’s mandate is to drive measurable results to our clients’ businesses. We are product owners and champions. We drive innovation in strategy, testing, measurement and operations.

Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $40,000-$45,000 annually, depending on experience. This is for a existing vacancy.

Responsibilities

• Supporting executions of best‑in‑class strategies in performance media: paid search, social & digital display
• Own campaign pacing, trafficking and reporting
• Lead activation quality assurance work and troubleshooting required to deliver best in class service
• Help in budgets & billing, financial and time management
• Search, social and digital insights mining as an extension of responsibilities

What you bring to the table

• Willingness to learn and passion for the industry
• Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities, math proficiency and attention to detail
• Team player with a proactive attitude and burning desire to succeed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills a must
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and manage time effectively
• General knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads
• Understanding of Google Drive products and/or Microsoft Office Suite (Google Sheets/Excel, Google Slides/PowerPoint, Google Docs/Word)
• Bilingual is an asset, but not a requirement
