Note : These are part-time Faculty positions (up to 6 hours per week) per academic term.
Fanshawe College is seeking interested and qualified professionals to teach part-time in the Truck and Coach apprenticeship program and Motive Power Technician program in the School of Manufacturing, Science, and Transportation .
Why This Role Is Important
Reporting to the Program Manager of School of Manufacturing, Science, and Transportation , part-time Professors are responsible for teaching courses within the program s and developing an effective learning environment for students.

What You'll Bring
Certificate of Qualification – 310 T Truck and Coach Technician required
Minimum 5 years of recent practical work experience
An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered
Combination of excellent leadership and teaching skills with a strong commitment to academic excellence and student success
Excellent communicator
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to relate effectively to a wide variety of learners
Strong technical/computer skills and familiarity with educational technologies are required
Experience in formal teaching positions (e .g. Clinical instructors, teaching assistants, classroom leadership, etc.) an asset
Proven ability to work in a team environment
Related industry work experience, previous college teaching experience and knowledge of curriculum design and student evaluations are assets
Educational Credentials
