ANVI SERVICES LTD is currently seeking a results-oriented Office Administrator/
Receptionist to join our team.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Along with operating office phone communication system, track and documents e-mail and other communications. Act as a direct support to Senior Management in preparing various reports and Logs. Perform general administrative and record keeping functions including the review and distribution of documentation. Maintain database and prepare reports. Perform other related duties as assigned
Skills / Abilities
Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Excellent
Communication, Organizational skills. Ability to track multiple details, prioritize and handle high volume of time critical commitments, simultaneously. Ability to work independently of direct supervision in a team environment across multiple. Excellent planning and time management skills with attention to detail. Self-motivator and responsible attitude.
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Diploma or Certificate
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook etc.
