We are seeking an experienced and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in medical aesthetics, excellent client communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, customized treatments while building long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, hydrodermabrasion, microneedling, skin tightening, and laser treatments
- Conduct detailed skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide clear pre- and post-treatment care instructions
- Educate clients on skincare products and recommend home-care routines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and referrals
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and treatment protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of continuous, full-time experience in a medical spa or dermatology clinic (required)
- Strong technical skills across a wide range of aesthetic treatments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and adherence to medical protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of current skincare products and aesthetic trends
