Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and personable Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare and beauty services, including body waxing, Swedish Massage for men and women , Full body wraps , Full body wax hair removal , Spa pedicures, nail care , Facials for men and women, while delivering outstanding guest services. This role involves engaging with clients in a welcoming environment, promoting retail products, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The Esthetician will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety while fostering a relaxing atmosphere for clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, body waxing, relaxation full body massages for males and females.
- Nail care treatments with precision and care.
- Deliver excellent guest services by understanding client preferences and offering personalized recommendations.
- Conduct product demos and upsell retail products to enhance client satisfaction and support business growth.
- Manage front desk duties including checking in clients, and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas following industry guidelines.
- Engage with clients to promote additional services and retail items through effective communication skills.
- Assist with maintaining a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business and positive reviews.
Requirements
- Highschool certificate
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation
- Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demos to enhance client experience and revenue.
- Excellent communication skills to explain treatments clearly and build rapport with guests.
- Previous experience working at the front desk or in guest services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fas or slow environment while maintaining attention to detail.
