As the Manager, Corporate Social Responsibility, you will provide leadership and oversight of our company's corporate social responsibility program, with a specific focus on social impact and partner relations. Your goal will be to develop, implement, and oversee the company's community investment strategies, which closely align with our corporate objectives and business strategies. Your Responsibilities:
Lead the development of strategies across the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) portfolio, including social impact, donations and sponsorships, employee engagement and partner relations
Build and manage key external community stakeholder relationships to strengthen brand equity
Lead the development and execution of strategic proposals and contractual agreements
Oversee the organization's Donation and Sponsorship Working Group
Plan, budget and execute the company's corporate giving program and cause‑related initiatives
Establish and maintain goals, metrics and reporting frameworks to track progress and impact
Manage all CSR engagement initiatives, including planning and implementing programs that drive community impact, engaging employees in community activities, and elevating the company's reputation through effective storytelling
Lead and support the CSR team, providing guidance, coaching, and strategic oversight
Your Skills:
Excellent leadership, relationship management, reputation management and strategic communications skills
Knowledge of CSR governance frameworks, policy adherence, and risk management
Experience in tracking KPIs, community impact, ROI measurement, and producing board‑ready reports
Skilled at planning, coordinating, and delivering CSR initiatives from intake to impact evaluation
Ability to provide independent senior‑level counsel in a dynamic environment
High discretion, judgment, and professionalism in sensitive situations
Strong ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams, including senior leaders and external partners, to inform, advocate, coordinate and support
Your Experience:
University degree in a related discipline (e.g., English, Business, Public Relations, Communications, Political Science)
Ten years of progressive experience, including at least three years in a similar role
Experience in the energy industry considered an asset
Proven success in managing CSR programs or equivalent social impact initiatives
Experience leading and supporting a team to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment
