Job Summary
Set-Up_Operator — Night Shift
Location: Woodbridge, Ontario
Shift: 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM
Pay Rate: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Set-Up Operator to support production operations.
The successful candidate will perform machine set-ups, changeovers, troubleshooting, and ensure
efficient production flow while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform machine set-ups and changeovers according to production schedules
Adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality
Monitor production runs and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
Conduct basic preventative maintenance and inspections
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies
Work closely with supervisors and production staff to meet targets
Maintain clean and organized work area (5S standards)
Requirements
Experience as a Set-Up Operator or machine operator in manufacturing (plastics preferred)
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to read work orders and follow instructions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
