These experiences are delivered through phone calls, text messages, emails, online presentations, follow up sequences, and immediate responses to inbound support requests.
The person that will get the most fulfillment from this job must love talking to people and approach life with a happy and friendly mindset. - Digital marketing knowledge (Online ads, Opt-in pages, Follow up sequences)
- Knowledge of Google Business Ads
- Basic image creation using Canva.com etc.
- Administration of Facebook groups
- Slack (Communication)
Daily responsibilities include
- Working with the media team to ensure that the marketing campaigns for your clients are reaching their goals.
- Outbound proactive communication with clients.
- Building and launching customer delight sequences.
- Responding to incoming support requests.
