The Labourer is part of an effective construction team that successfully completes projects according to approved plans, specifications, and applicable codes while maintaining high quality and a safe workplace. The successful candidate will represent IDL&#39;s safety culture and provide response to crews in the event of an injury, illness, or emergency situation. </p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Administer first aid services to all personnel on the worksite as necessary</li><li>Performs tasks on the labour crew to support operations in the execution of work and assisting various trades</li><li>Provide general construction labour or administrative support, depending on skillset</li><li>May perform other related duties as required</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Occupational First Aid Level Three (3) (Advanced First Aid) is required</li><li>Experience working in a construction environment</li><li>Knowledge and practical experience in incident investigation</li><li>Strong knowledge of WorkSafeBC and applicable regulation</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including good oral and written English and the ability to maintain confidentiality</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Powered by JazzHR</p><p>hAvlLfgVh4</p></p></p>
