As an Inventory Control Agent, you'll be the driving force behind ensuring precision and accuracy in our inventory management. With your eagle-eyed attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills, you'll champion inventory control across multiple branches. From identifying and resolving discrepancies to collaborating with cross-functional teams, your role will be pivotal in upholding the seamless flow of our operations.
What you will accomplish with us:
- Spearhead inventory management across our branches, ensuring accuracy and partnership with internal teams.
- Own inventory control and cyclical accounts daily, showcasing your dedication to maintaining the highest standards.
- Lead the physical inventory exercises in our branches, putting your meticulous planning and supervisory skills to the forefront.
- Conduct the necessary research to explain discrepancies.
- Ensure consistency between computer data and manual item counts in branches.
- Complete verifications of SO, WT, Non-Stock Inventory, and Direct Inventory reports for our branches and distribution centers.
- Enter the data necessary for inventory adjustments.
- Take necessary measures to ensure compliance with internal control measures and company policies.
- Provide training to branch employees on control measures and internal procedures.
- Operate a forklift
What You Bring to Our Team:
- Previous experience in a warehouse is preferred
Adept with the MS Office suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, enabling you to navigate complexity with ease.
- Driven by curiosity and empowered by innovation, you're always one step ahead in finding solutions and exploring opportunities.
- Prior customer service experience is a valued asset, showcasing your dedication to the end-to-end customer journey.
- A natural team player, able to collaborate, communicate, and co-create with diverse groups seamlessly.
- Ability to operate a forklift is an advantage.
- Strong mathematical ability and can utilize data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Base salary range: $50,000 - $55,000 annually
Supplemental Pay Types Include: annual bonus
The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.
