The Village at University Gateshas an exciting opportunity for a HOUSEKEEPING AIDE Team Member to join their team.

• Status: Unscheduled Part-Time
• Location: 250 Laurelwood Ave, Waterloo, Ontario
• Position Type: unscheduled part time
• Expected Start Date: March 2,2026

The hiring rate for this role is $_22.78 per collective agreement/employee association agreement.

As a new Housekeeping Team Member joining our Village Team, you will:

• Handle Resident's personal items with care and respect
• Comfortable lifting 15-25 lbs.
• Display a caring and respectful attitude toward our residents, families, and team members
• Be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Have exceptional time management skills and ability to work in collaboration with a team
• Support and embrace our resident-centered social culture

Assets, but not required, as Schlegel Villages provides training to the successful candidate:

• Have experience working in a Long-Term Care or Retirement Home setting
