Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Household Manager / Personal Assistant to support a busy family with both household and light administrative tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, takes initiative, and can manage a variety of responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.
Detailed Responsibilities
1. Household Management & Cleaning
- Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the home
- Daily tidying of kitchen, living areas, and common spaces
- Deep cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms as scheduled
- Changing bed linens and managing household laundry
- Organizing closets, storage areas, and seasonal items
- Managing household supplies and restocking essentials
- Coordinating maintenance appointments and service providers
2. Errands & Household Operations
- Grocery shopping and meal supply management
- Picking up dry cleaning, parcels, and returns
- Managing online orders and tracking deliveries
- Handling post office and courier drop-offs
- Keeping inventory of household necessities
- Water plants, pet care and walking
3. Child-Related Support (If Required)
- School pick-up and drop-off
- After-school supervision
- Transporting children to activities
- Preparing snacks or simple meals
- Ensuring children's spaces remain organized
- Coordinating activity schedules and communications
4. Administrative & Personal Assistant Tasks
- Filing and organizing paperwork
- Supporting light business-related administrative tasks
5. Proactive Household Oversight
- Anticipating needs before being asked
- Identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements
- Creating systems for organization and routine
- Acting as a point of contact for household vendors
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
