Job Summary


As a Hexagon Solution Architect, you will drive strategic business transformation for global industrial clients by architecting and implementing advanced Hexagon Smart Suite solutions. Leveraging over 20 Combination of years of international consulting experience, you will align complex technical solutions with business objectives, deliver measurable ROI, and enable digital innovation at scale. You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, lead cross‑functional teams, and champion the adoption of emerging technologies.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead the end‑to‑end implementation and optimization of Hexagon Smart Suite solutions (SPID, SPI, SPEL, S3D, SDx) for clients in Oil & Gas, Construction, and related industries.

  • Architect and develop automation workflows, integrating Hexagon platforms with ERP, maintenance, and enterprise systems (SAP, JDE, Maximo, OSI PI, Oracle Aconex, etc.).

  • Design and deploy Digital Twin strategies to enable predictive analytics, data‑driven decision‑making, and operational excellence.

  • Advise C‑level and executive stakeholders on technology adoption, market trends, and strategic business cases, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.

  • Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and standardized data frameworks to enhance productivity, reduce project bottlenecks, and accelerate digital transformation.

  • Deliver technical training, workshops and knowledge transfer sessions to internal and external stakeholders, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in automation, digital transformation, and data governance.

  • Lead the integration of AI, machine learning and LLM technologies into business applications to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

  • Support business development efforts by crafting compelling RFP responses, strategic presentations and technical proposals for global clients.


Basic Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in asset management, automation programming, technical consulting, or solutions architecture, with a focus on Hexagon solutions.

  • Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Angular, VB.NET, C#, Swift, Flutter, Python.

  • Experience with databases (SQLite, MS SQL Server, Oracle) and engineering/design tools (AutoCAD, MicroStation, SmartSketch, Hexagon Smart Suite, Autodesk Navisworks).

  • Hands‑on expertise with Hexagon SDx and related enterprise solutions (Oracle Aconex, SAP, JDE, Maximo, OSI PI, SharePoint, Livelink, Leica TruView, Primavera P6).

  • Strong background in business architecture, system integration, API design, and data‑driven strategy development.

  • Demonstrated ability to implement emerging technologies, including LLM integration for business applications.

  • Excellent communication, leadership and client‑relationship management skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in business strategy, digital transformation, and organizational change management.

  • Proven success in global consulting and cross‑cultural strategy execution across North America, Europe, South America, Australia, and India.

  • Experience advising executive stakeholders and facilitating technical training, workshops, and knowledge transfer.

  • Certifications in Hexagon SDx, Cognite Data Fusion, or related platforms are an asset.


Compensation


Base pay range: $99,450 to $209,900 (British Columbia/Ontario). Benefits details are available through Accenture.
