We're looking for a Full-Time Pet Wellness Advisor who wants more than a retail job — someone who wants to educate, guide, and inspire pet owners while growing their skills in a supportive, community-focused environment. Candidates must be flexible and available to work at all store locations as needed.

What You'll Do:
- Welcome and educate customers, helping them make confident pet care decisions
- Guide product selections and provide tailored recommendations
- Contribute to team performance and store growth
- Operate POS and handle transactions accurately
- Receive and stock inventory (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
Who You Are:
- Experienced in retail, customer service, or a related field
- A strong communicator who enjoys teaching, coaching, and helping others
- Flexible, dependable, and comfortable working at multiple locations
- Motivated, self-directed, and excited about pets and people
