- Answer phones promptly and professionally
- Schedule dental and hygiene appointments
- Manage recalls and help fill schedule openings
- Verify insurance and submit claims
- Present treatment estimates and collect payments
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members
Qualifications
