<p>Airswift is working with one of our major clients in the Oil & Gas industry to find a <strong>Fluid Management Dispatcher </strong>to join their team in <strong>Christina Lake, AB</strong>. This is a <strong>3-month contract</strong> with the possibility of extension.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Description</strong></p><p>The Contract Fluid Dispatcher is responsible to coordinate Fluid Management (Service Provider personnel and equipment) on lease and off-site to disposal effectively meeting the requirements of CVE stakeholders.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>- Previous dispatching experience. Minimum 2-5 years (Oilfield Trucking)</p><p>- High School equivalency</p><p>- Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, Word, Teams etc.</p><p>- Adobe Acrobat</p><p>- SAP Business Client</p><p>- Oilfield trucking competency: Fluid and waste handling</p><p>- LSE (Leadership for Safety Excellence)</p><p>- Values based leadership training</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Dispatch resources as requested by stakeholders (e.g. Operations, Maintenance, Well Delivery, CMT, etc.)</li><li>Receive vendor tickets and review for accuracy (e.g. work details, hour/rate charge, and correct PO/WO/cost center). Sign off once reviewed and return to vendor service provider.</li><li>Determine outbound waste stream category and create electronic WiQ waste manifests.</li><li>Demonstrate understanding of equipment types and operating parameters to minimize non-productive time/standby.</li><li>Audit daily vendor tickets processing and fluid volume data entry.</li><li>Ensure wastes derived from FCCL are sent to approved waste handling facilities, effectively communicating with disposal facilities to ensure resources are in place to accept materials efficiently.</li><li>Track equipment in and out of plant VIA Sales Force application.</li><li>Manage weigh scale software and scale cards, where applicable</li><li>Inform Coordinator with detailed information regarding any non-compliance with regards to AER Directives (e.g. spills)</li><li>Respond to all Site requests VIA Sales Force application.</li><li>Utilize Sales Force application to create work orders and dispatch Service appointments to service providers.</li><li>Provide vendor ticket data to PVR team.</li><li>Initiate Intelex entries of HIDs, BBOs, incidents</li><li>Attend Vendor toolbox talks</li><li>Chair monthly safety meetings, huddle board meetings as per schedule</li><li>Utilize consistent method of information tracking (Sales Force Application)</li><li>Research and book Tier 2 and 3 contractors to execute requests Tier 1 vendors cannot execute. As per coordinator direction</li><li>Generate daily reports (NPT, Waste Disposal, SR, etc.)</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Daily Communications:</strong></p><p>- Coordinator update</p><p>- Advisor collaboration</p><p>- Escalation to coordinator and per FMT processes</p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
