Pay: $22–$30 per hour + bonuses and tips

Green Tech Property Care is a fast-growing exterior cleaning company serving Nanaimo and surrounding areas. We specialize in roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning, and moss removal. We take pride in quality work, strong team culture, and excellent customer service.
What You'll Do
- Perform gutter cleaning and downspout flushing
- Pressure washing siding, driveways, and exterior surfaces
- Clean residential exterior windows
- Perform roof cleaning and moss removal
- Safely set up and operate cleaning equipment
- Work on ladders and roofs
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Follow safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be comfortable working at heights
- Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must have Valid driver's license
- No experience required — we will train the right person
