Maternity Leave
We are seeking a Medical Office Assistant to join our busy medical clinic and supportive team of great doctors.
Schedule:
- Part-time: 3–4 days per week
- Casual position also may be available for evening clinics and possible day coverage
- Evening clinics requiring coverage from 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM
- Additional shifts may be available
Compensation:
- Wage dependent on experience
Responsibilities:
- Patient check-in and front desk reception
- Booking appointments and managing phone lines
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- General medical office administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Previous medical office experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, professional, and patient-focused
Additional Information:
- Position may or may not transition into a permanent role
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $19.05-$21.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
