About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies. This role involves defining standards, creating architectural models, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategies across a complex, shared services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, models, and governance standards.
  • Design and implement solutions that address gaps, duplication, and pain points in current architecture.
  • Lead data and information architecture initiatives, ensuring security and compliance.
  • Define security strategies and integrate information security into all architecture solutions.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts in clear business terms and influence stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science.
  • 16+ years of progressive IT experience across multiple disciplines.
  • Proven expertise in technical architecture, network design, applications development, and data management.
  • Strong experience in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, SABSA, etc.).
  • CISSP certification required; additional certifications (GIAC, SANS, TOGAF) are an asset.
  • Deep understanding of key information security tools and concepts such as IAM, SSO, IPS, wireless security, firewalls, vulnerability management, penetration testing, VPN, PKI, LDAP, AD, SAML, SIEM, along with understanding of information security frameworks such as ISO 2700x, COBIT. ï Requires 8+ years of direct information security architecture work experience, including in-depth experience designing and implementing information security solutions, and working with one or more enterprise architecture frameworks such as EISA, DoDAF, IAEAF, SABSA, TOGAF, ZACKMAN.
  • Data Specialty: Data/information modeling expertise at the enterprise level, including meta-model, relational database management systems and other data structures. Experience with enterprise master data management concepts, and data governance structures and tools.
