Our Calgary-based client is seeking skilled Panel Assemblers for a full-time opportunity with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position. - Fabricate, assemble, and install electrical and mechanical components.
- Operate and maintain switchgear equipment.
- Follow the design, regulatory codes, and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Verify that materials meet specifications before installation.
- Communicate quality concerns with supervisors promptly.
- Keep your workspace organized and tidy.
- Assist with testing, inspections, and documentation as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in electrical assembly and wiring, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Post-secondary education in electrical work is beneficial.
- Comfortable with hand and power tools.
- Experience in wiring and soldering is an advantage.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong English communication skills.
- A team-oriented individual who works effectively with various departments and clients.
About the position:
- Full-time hours, on a 4-day schedule, 10-hour shifts on a day shift.
- On-site parking.
