About the Role

We're hiring an Ecommerce Manager to own the day-to-day execution and performance of our Shopify-based DTC websites and Amazon storefronts (U.S. & Canada).

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for ensuring our digital storefronts are accurate, optimized, and performing at a high level. You'll work closely with Marketing, Operations, Brand, and Customer Experience teams to deliver strong launches, promotions, and a best-in-class shopping experience.

Responsibilities


Site Management (Shopify - DTC)

  • Own daily operations of multiple Shopify-based DTC storefronts
  • Maintain homepage content, collections, navigation, and product launches
  • Upload and maintain product data, imagery, pricing, and merchandising rules
  • Conduct ongoing QA to ensure accuracy, functionality, and strong mobile performance


Amazon Marketplace Management (U.S. & Canada)

  • Manage product listings, pricing, imagery, A+ content, and storefronts
  • Coordinate launches and promotions with DTC and wholesale calendars
  • Monitor performance metrics including sales, conversion, reviews, and advertising
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon brand standards and platform requirements


Promotions & Campaign Execution

  • Build and execute promotions including discount codes, bundles, and limited-time offers
  • Partner with Marketing to launch campaigns cleanly across platforms
  • Ensure pricing and promotional consistency across Shopify, Amazon, and Tapcart


Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Track key ecommerce KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, and AOV
  • Use tools such as Shopify, GA4, and Triple Whale to identify insights
  • Recommend and implement improvements to site performance and conversion


Technology & Platform Management

  • Own day-to-day management of the ecommerce tech stack: Shopify, Klaviyo, Yotpo, Tapcart
  • Partner with developers and agencies to resolve issues and deploy enhancements
  • Ensure integrations for inventory, analytics, and attribution are functioning properly


Product & Inventory Coordination

  • Work with Operations to ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and timely launches
  • Maintain clean product data, variants, tagging, and collections
  • Manage back-in-stock flows and inventory-driven merchandising logic


Customer Experience & Operations

  • Partner with Customer Service to resolve site or order-related issues
  • Audit checkout, shipping thresholds, and returns to improve conversion and satisfaction
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews, especially on Amazon


Growth, Testing & Optimization

  • Conduct A/B testing across content, layout, and calls-to-action
  • Support SEO and marketplace optimization efforts
  • Evaluate new tools and initiatives to drive ecommerce growth


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on ecommerce experience
  • Strong experience managing Shopify-based DTC websites
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central (U.S. and/or Canada)
  • Understanding of digital merchandising, CRO, and ecommerce analytics
  • Experience with tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, Triple Whale, and Amazon reporting
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable QA'ing launches, promotions, and technical changes
  • Analytical, proactive, and execution-oriented mindset
