We are seeking a Medical Clinic Manager to provide leadership and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Develop and implement clinic policies, procedures, and workflows
- Oversee preparation of reports
- Supervise administrative and clinical support staff
- Coordinate scheduling, coverage, and performance reviews
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment
- Collaborate with physicians to reconcile their billings
- Oversee staff document and manage invoicing and payment processes
- Resolve patient concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with physicians to align operational goals with clinical excellence
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a management position (family physician clinic setting preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to balance operational efficiency with patient-centered care
- Proficiency in Accuro EMR, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinic operations an asset
Experience requirements:
- Management: 5 years (required)
- Family Physician Clinic Management: 5 years (preferred)
- Accuro EMR: 1 year (required)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$30.00 per hour
