Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Under the direction of the Vice-President Operations, define and implement the quality policy, develop the department's strategic plan, and guarantee the continuous development of internal competencies.</li><li>Deploy a quality system, pilot internal and external audits, and coordinate improvement actions in production and in the management of customer complaints.</li><li>Determine quality control criteria, ensure regulatory compliance, and actively participate in tests and validations in an industrial environment.</li><li>Monitor key performance indicators, optimize operational processes, and initiate actions to strengthen quality and transform activities.</li><li>Ensure regulatory vigilance, maintain compliance with applicable standards, and prepare documentation for certifications and international product transport.</li></ul><h3>Profile du candidat / Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Université degree in administration, industrial engineering or a related field. A certification in quality management is a plus.</li><li>At least 15 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, with strong team management experience.</li><li>Multi-site management is a plus.</li><li>Experience in pharmaceutical and food sectors.</li><li>Assertive leadership, rigor, strong organizational skills, analytical and communication abilities, customer orientation, and ability to mobilize teams.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in MS Office, good knowledge of quality and regulatory standards, substantial audit experience in a manufacturing context.</li><li>Driver's license and personal vehicle for occasional travel.
