Job Description:
- Own key products in this team that help 'identify and acquire' the right advertisers and 'grow and retain' their commitment to advertising.
- Work closely with software development engineers, product managers, scientists, data engineers, and business operations to develop innovative cross-functional solutions that enable advertisers to create, manage and optimize campaigns at scale.
Primary Skill:
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Engineering, or other quantitative discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data science or related field with a bachelor's degree Or 2+ years of experience with a Master's degree.
- Strong technical skills in SQL and R/Python
- Hypothesis testing and experience with experimentation (A/B testing)
- Strong applied statistical knowledge
- Good experience with both descriptive and inferential statistics - ability to build basic prototype models
- In addition to delivering insights on existing Product & Tech initiatives, you will come up with innovative product growth opportunities based on insights, and create momentum through influence.
- Proactive collaboration and effective communication are critical
Secondary Skill:
- Proven track record of turning insights into product growth opportunities in prior roles increasing scope and responsibilities
- Ability to present complex analyses and insights effectively in simple terms
- Background in ecommerce product experience and payments domain is a plus
