If youre driven by innovation, excited by cutting-edge technology, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.</p><p><br /></p><p>What youll do:</p><ul><li>Lead Customer Onboarding by understanding the goals/success criteria of the customer and ensuring the company (various teams including deployment, tech support, CPG, RA, and field service) deliver an autonomous cleaning solution that hits their goals</li><li>Keep Customers Successful by proactively measuring their usage and account health and if needed working with various teams to deliver a plan to get back on track</li><li>Handle Subscription Renewals and Robot Relocations</li><li>Provide Ongoing Refresher Training on the Avidbots Command Center as needed</li><li>Prepare for and deliver QBRs with clients to go over their usage, successes, challenges and solutions</li></ul><ul><li>Gather and relay customer feedback to the product team, helping inform development priorities and feature enhancements.<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><p>What were looking for:</p><ul><li>3+ years of experience in a Sales and/or Customer Success role, preferably in the tech industry</li><li>Ability to build and maintain great relationships with multiple customers</li><li>Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Data Driven and analytical</li><li>Ability to travel when required<br /></li><li>Successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements that may include criminal/civil background checks</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Bonus points if you have:</p><ul><li>Experience identifying renewal or expansion opportunities<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Why you'll love working here:</p><ul><li>Work with innovative robotics technology thats shaping the future of autonomous cleaning</li><li>Grow alongside a fast-expanding company with exciting career development opportunities</li><li>Collaborate with a global team and be part of a dynamic, diverse, and inclusive workforce</li><li>Access comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and wellness coverage</li><li>Thrive in a collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions truly matter</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>About Avidbots:</p><p>Avidbots is a leader in autonomous cleaning solutions, transforming the way commercial and industrial spaces maintain cleanliness.
