Class 1 Driver Required for Dedicated Lane to/ from PEI
Job Description
BRAE Transport Limited is currently looking to hire a Class 1 Driver to run a dedicated PEI lane, 5 nights a week. Driver can be based out of Halifax or PEI. The run departs out of Halifax, heading to PEI and return with several Island stops on route. For more details on the run, please contact our dispatch team.
YOU MUST BE OVER 25 YEARS OF AGE AND HAVE THREE YEARS OF CURRENT TRACTOR TRAILER DRIVING EXPERIENCE IN CANADA TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE. THESE ARE INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS THAT ARE NONE NEGOTIABLE.
Successful candidate (s) must possess the following:
Recent driver's abstract
Clean criminal record
3 years minimum professional tractor trailer driving experience. (Insurance requirement)
Reliable transportation to get to work
A positive attitude
Be punctual, possess the ability to maintain scheduled arrival and departure times.
