We are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer/Co-founder with experience in selling AI solutions to clinics in US and Canada.

Role Summary:

The General Manager/Chief Revenue Officer (GM/CRO) will be a critical, dual-focused executive responsible for driving overall business growth and profitability while owning the entire revenue engine for our suite of AI agents (MarkiTech, Cliniscripts, Heyliaa, and others) targeted at the clinic and healthcare provider market. This leader will set the strategic direction for market penetration, sales, business development, and customer success to achieve aggressive revenue targets and establish a dominant market position.


Key Responsibilities:
  • P&L Ownership & Strategy: Own the complete P&L for the AI Health Solutions division. Define and execute a comprehensive market entry and growth strategy to scale the adoption of AI agents across independent and group clinics, specialty practices, and healthcare systems.
  • Revenue Generation & Sales Leadership: Design, build, and scale a world-class sales organization optimized for the healthcare vertical. Personally lead and close strategic, high-value clinic/group deals and establish repeatable, scalable sales processes.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Expertise: Leverage deep, proven experience in selling complex technology (SaaS, AI, or HealthTech) directly to clinics, understanding the purchasing cycles, key clinical stakeholders (e.g., Practice Managers, Physicians), and regulatory requirements.
  • Product & Market Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer (clinic) internally, collaborating closely with Product and Development teams to ensure the AI agents (e.g., MarkiTech for optimization, Cliniscripts for documentation, Heyliaa for patient engagement) are positioned, priced, and developed to meet acute market needs.
  • Business Development & Partnerships: Identify and secure strategic channel partnerships (e.g., EHR/EMR vendors, medical associations) to accelerate market reach and integration into clinic workflows.


Required Experience:
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Revenue, Sales, or General Management, preferably within a high-growth HealthTech or SaaS company.
  • Mandatory: Direct, verifiable experience successfully selling and scaling technology solutions specifically to clinics, physician groups, and/or ambulatory care centers.
  • Deep understanding of the clinical workflow, revenue cycle management (RCM), and the challenges faced by clinic administrators and providers.
  • Proven track record of building, leading, and mentoring high-performing, metric-driven sales and business development teams.
