Construction Carpenter
CementWright & DirtWright are looking for an experienced, honest, and creative tradesman to work in our concrete construction and carpentry crew. Responsibilities can include independent work on smaller jobs, but you will also be expected to work with a team on projects.

Must have:
-Technically competent with well rounded understanding of construction
-Journeyman carpenter (Red Seal preferred) or demonstrated equivalent
-Clear and articulate communication
-Teachability and willing to learn
-Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
-Strong work ethic and integrity
-Reliable ability to get to site and driver's license
Experience we like:
-engineered work projects and industrial concrete
-concrete restoration & repair, including structural and cutting/demolition
-high end decorative and architectural concrete work
-Concrete finishing and prep experience including decorative concrete & flatwork
-Structural concrete experience including close tolerance engineered work
-ICF & Foundation formwork experience
-Timber framing or fine woodworking
-Commercial and industrial construction experience, including framing
-Farm background/sports/outdoors
-Willing and able to teach others
-Mechanically inclined
-Equipment operation and experience with groundwork
-Understanding of excavation, compaction, gradework & site layout, including use of total stations.

We focus on concrete construction, restoration, and cutting/coring/demolition, but also work on landscaping design-build and general contracting/full project delivery of projects like shops, garages, and some commercial/civil projects. Technical multi-scope work is a specialty of ours.
