RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Requirements Gathering & Documentation

  • Collaborate  with  project  managers,  BAs,  developers,  and  technical  teams  to  identify,  document,  and manage business and technical requirements and specifications.
  • Ensure requirements are business and technically complete, correct, consistent, concise, and achievable, securing sign-off from business owners.
  • Proactively  investigate,  understand,  and  articulate  business  issues,  processes,  and  opportunities, recommending viable solutions.
  • Document new requirements as user stories in JIRA and maintain project documentation in alignment with the JIRA framework.

 

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Establish  and  maintain  strong  partnerships  with  business  users  to  determine  optimal  solutions  for business and system needs.
  • Set stakeholder  expectations  appropriately  and  effectively  communicate  complex  concepts  to  non-technical audiences.
  • Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, ensuring key actions and decisions are documented and followed up on.
  • Act as a liaison between business and IT teams, soliciting input from subject matter experts and ensuring alignment with business goals.

 

Testing & Quality Assurance

 

  • Support testing phases by developing and executing test plans and test cases to ensure high-quality implementations.
  • Verify test output, report critical issues, and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of test results and assist in the transition from project implementation to operational support.

 

Teamwork

  • Support  knowledge-sharing  within  the  team  by  contributing  to  best  practices,  documentation,  and training initiatives.
  • Assist junior team members in refining requirements, improving documentation quality, and understanding Agile and testing methodologies.

 

EXPERIENCE 

  • Extensive understanding of financial products, business processes, procedures, and best practices. 
  • Strong experience in business system analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation. 
  • Proven ability to recommend and implement business process improvements. 
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA for backlog management and agile project execution. 
  • Deep knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working within cross-functional agile teams. 
  • Expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including developing and executing test plans to validate functionality against documented requirements. 
  • Strong focus on quality assurance to ensure successful implementation of solutions. 
  • Proven ability to lead meetings, facilitate discussions, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to deliver high-quality work under pressure. 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. 
  • Experience with information systems and exposure to project management processes. 
  • Solid business skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technology and business needs. 
  • 5  years  of  hands-on  experience  in  wealth  management  and  technology  solution  delivery  through  full development cycle (requirements gathering, testing and implementation)

 

Education/Training

  • University degree  in  Computer  Science  &  Mathematics,  Commerce  &  Finance,  Engineering,  or equivalent industry-related business experience.

This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $95,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program. In addition, The Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
